Canceling Appointments
If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us at least a full business day before your scheduled appointment. You will be responsible for the full $120 session fee if you fail to provide us sufficient notice of the cancellation. Leaving a voicemail during non-business hours (including evenings, weekends, or holidays) that you cannot keep your appointment for the following business day does not give us enough time to fill the opening. Repeatedly missing appointments without sufficient notification is not good for anyone and may result in your discharge from our services.
Payment
We accept payments via cash (in-office only), check, debit card, or credit card. For all patients other than Medicare patients, please be prepared to pay the full amount due for services rendered on every visit, including co-pays. For Medicare patients who do not have a secondary insurance, please be prepared to pay the 20% not covered by Medicare on every visit. For more information on rates and reimbursement, click here.
Cell Phones
Please feel free to bring your cell phone with you into the treatment room. Please silence or turn it off during the treatment. Please do not attempt to have a phone conversation with someone during the treatment.
Children
You are certainly welcome to bring your children into the waiting room. For their safety and to prevent distraction during treatment, they will not be permitted into the treatment room. If you need to bring children too young to be out of your sight, you also need to bring someone capable of supervising them in the waiting room during your treatment.
