Attire

Please wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to relax and move freely.  Dresses or skirts are not recommended, but if you want to wear them, please bring something to wear underneath them such as a pair of shorts.

The lobby is usually kept quite cool, so if you are prone to getting chilled, please bring a light jacket.

Groveland Office

If you have never visited the Groveland office, please read this before heading out!  Due to occasional GPS glitches, a few people have had difficulty finding the office, and in the absence of a receptionist in the front lobby, a few people have come to the treatment room and knocked on the door while a session is in progress.  We want to avoid these issues.

Our Groveland office is located in Hunt Industrial Park in Groveland inside a building labeled “The Suites” off of 565A. The physical address for The Suites is 15430 County Road 565A, Suite O, Groveland, FL 34736.  For best results, use this link to connect directly to Google maps, which should bring you right to the front door.  There are three entrances to Hunt Industrial Park: one off of Max Hooks Road and two off of 565A.  To avoid unnecessary frustration, please ONLY use the entrance / gate off of 565A that opens directly to parking lot of The Suites.  The Suites building is located DIRECTLY off of 565A and easily visible from the road, so if you do not see the Suites building from the road, please use the next entrance.

Please refer to this image of The Suites building.  If you do not see this building labeled “The Suites” from the road / gate, then you are at the wrong entrance.  If you accidentally enter through the wrong entrance, please simply turn back around, exit to the right, and drive to the next gate on your right.  If you attempt to find The Suites from a different entrance, you are likely to get frustrated and waste time.

Once you enter The Suites, there will not be a receptionist in the front lobby, so please feel free to message David when you have arrived.  His number is on the sign on the table in the front lobby.  Please do not go to the treatment room, as he may be in a session.  Please wait in the front lobby and he will come out to the lobby and greet you when his previous session is completed.  You will find restrooms down the hall to the right.

Lady Lake Office

Our Lady Lake office is located on the second floor of the Sabal Palms Executive Suites in suite 207 off of county road 466 in Lady Lake, Florida.  When you arrive, please drive around and park on the rear side of the building.  You will find an elevator in the center of the building.  Our office is one of 50 offices in suite 207, and all 50 offices use the same entrance which is right off of the elevator on the second floor.  The physical address is 510 County Road 466, Suite 207, Office S, Lady Lake, FL 32159.  For best results, please use this link to find the office using Google maps rather than plugging the address into a different GPS app, as a number of patients have reported that the Waze / iOS app has led them somewhere else and created a lot of frustration.  When you enter the lobby, please notify one of the receptionists that you have an appointment with David Wright, PT.  The receptionist will notify David that you have arrived, and he will come to the lobby to greet you when his previous session is completed.
